One of the key strategic transportation projects in Thủ Đức City is the An Phú interchange, scheduled to commence construction at the end of 2022. The project is being expedited to ensure completion before April 30, 2025, and is expected to be a major catalyst for the real estate market in Thủ Đức in 2024.
