Auctioning Valuable Properties in Da Lat
In the coming years, TP Đà Lạt plans to auction off a total of 29 properties, including villas and land. Among these properties, 25 are expected to be auctioned off during this period, with an estimated total value of 577.4 billion Vietnamese dong.
Different Auction Formats
The auction will be conducted in two formats: selling the properties and transferring land use rights, with payment made in a lump sum, or leasing the properties and land, with payment made either in a lump sum for the entire duration of the lease or on an annual basis.
Valuable Properties Up for Auction
Among the properties set to be auctioned off, the most valuable one is a villa and land at 01 Triệu Việt Vương, with an estimated value of more than 148.3 billion Vietnamese dong. Other properties include:
- 03 Xô Viết Nghệ Tĩnh (estimated value of 63.5 billion Vietnamese dong)
- 14 Phan Đình Phùng (estimated value of 52.6 billion Vietnamese dong)
- 04 Hồ Tùng Mậu (estimated value of 40 billion Vietnamese dong)
- 72 Ba Tháng Hai (estimated value of 18.4 billion Vietnamese dong)
Highest Bids for Rental Properties
For rental properties, the highest bids are expected for TTC hotel (Golf 3 hotel) at 04 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, with an estimated rental price of nearly 36.5 billion Vietnamese dong for a 5-year lease, and Thủy Tạ restaurant at Hồ Xuân Hương, expected to fetch 30.4 billion Vietnamese dong for a 10-year lease.
Special Case: Ly Nam De High School
One exceptional property on the auction list is number 11 Lý Nam Đế, the former Phù Đổng private high school. This property will be auctioned as a combination of selling the building and leasing the land for 50 years, with a lump sum payment of more than 97 billion Vietnamese dong for the entire duration of the lease.
Remaining Properties
The remaining four properties – 01 Trần Quang Diệu (Dinh I Bảo Đại), 75 Ba Tháng Hai, 35A Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, and 23 Ba Tháng Tư – are yet to have their estimated auction prices determined due to unresolved issues.
