Hà Nội Auctioning Low-rise Residential Development Land with a Starting Price of 540 Billion VND

The Hanoi Auction Joint Stock Company recently announced the auction of assets owned by the People’s Committee of Gia Lam District. The auctioned asset is the land-use rights for a low-rise residential development project, including the construction of houses for sale and commercial facilities, services, and parking lots in the Thap Vang area, Phu Thi commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi.

Property Details

The land encompasses an area of 16,862.2 square meters, with 15,058.1 square meters allocated for low-rise residential buildings (with a construction density of 88.2%, 4 stories, 182 plots, a land utilization coefficient of 3.5, and an estimated population of 728 people); 848.5 square meters for commercial services (with a construction density of 31.3%, a land utilization coefficient of 0.63, and 2 stories); and 955.6 square meters for parking lots.

The land is bordered by the village road in Phu Thi commune to the north, the Thien Duc River to the west, the inter-commune road connecting Phu Thi and Duong Quang to the east, and agricultural land in Tran Tao hamlet, Phu Thi commune, to the south.

Auction Details

The starting price for the land is 540.1 billion VND. The auction will be conducted through multiple rounds of direct voting and a minimum of 3 mandatory auction rounds using the ascending bid method.

Interested buyers can submit their auction registration documents from March 18th to 17:00 on April 3rd (during office hours) at the Headquarters of the Investment Construction Project Management Board in Gia Lam district. Alternatively, registration documents can be sent via secure mail to the Hanoi Auction Joint Stock Company.

A deposit of more than 108 billion VND must be placed into the bank account of the Hanoi Auction Joint Stock Company from April 3rd to 17:00 on April 4th.

Site Visit and Auction Date

Customers who wish to conduct on-site inspections of the land can contact the Investment Construction Project Management Board in Gia Lam district or the Hanoi Auction Joint Stock Company to schedule an appointment on March 28th – 29th (during office hours). Customers who have already determined the location of the auctioned land can visit the site directly for inspection.

The auction will take place at 8:30 am on April 6th at the meeting room of the Investment Construction Project Management Board in Gia Lam district.
