Hà Nội Plans to Launch a Series of Housing Projects by Him Lam and BIC

Recently, the People’s Committee of Hanoi approved the land use plan for the Long Bien district in 2024. The plan includes 171 projects covering a total area of over 775 hectares. Majority of these projects are real estate developments by some of the industry’s giants.

Housing Projects by Him Lam

Among the new projects registered for 2024, there are several developments by Him Lam Corporation Joint Stock Company. These projects include the construction of high-rise residential buildings for sale in the A4 land plot of Him Lam Thach Ban Residential Area, Thach Ban Ward, covering an area of 0.33 hectares. Another project is the CT1 high-rise residential area in the A6 land plot, along with technical infrastructure for the Him Lam Thach Ban Residential Area, covering an area of 1.5 hectares.

New Projects by Thang Long – Vietnam Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company

Thang Long – Vietnam Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company has received approval to proceed with two new projects. The first project is the construction of high-rise residential buildings for sale in the CT8 land plot of the C14 planning zone, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, covering 1.3 hectares. The second project is the construction of high-rise residential buildings for sale in the CT2 land plot along the 21m road from QL1B to Viet Hung Urban Area, Phuc Loi Ward, covering 1.4 hectares.

BIC Vietnam Corporation’s Gia Quat Residential Area

BIC Vietnam Corporation has registered a project for the Gia Quat Residential Area in Thuong Thanh Ward, covering 1 hectare. The project received investment approval in March 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Other Projects

Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Limited Liability Company has registered a high-rise residential project in the CT2 land plot, which is part of the technical infrastructure construction zone for auction in Long Bien Ward.

Additionally, some real estate projects originally planned for 2023 have been carried over to 2024. These include the Thuong Thanh Social Housing and Technical Infrastructure Connection projects, with an area of over 6 hectares, jointly developed by Him Lam Thudo Joint Stock Company and BIC Vietnam Corporation. Another project is the urban functional area on both sides of the road from Ngoc Thuy Dyke to Thuong Thanh New Urban Area, covering nearly 23 hectares, developed by Khai Son Joint Stock Company.

Furthermore, a large-scale project has been added to this year’s land use plan. The Long Bien New Urban Area spans 141.5 hectares, encompassing Long Bien, Thach Ban, and Cu Khoi Wards. The project is expected to receive investment approval by the end of November 2023.
