If the projects meet the legal requirements and are feasible, the Ba Dinh district authority will compile and submit a supplementary land use plan for approval. The Ba Dinh district authority will also ensure the proper implementation of the land use plan by announcing it publicly, retrieving land as planned, addressing any violations, and monitoring the process to ensure the feasibility of the 2024 Land Use Plan.
