In response to the prolonged congestion caused by the construction fence, representatives from the Hanoi Traffic Police Department (PC08) have conducted inspections and requested the project’s investor, the Nam Tu Liem District People’s Committee, to dismantle the fixed fences and implement a more appropriate construction plan to ensure smooth traffic flow.
