Mê Linh (Hanoi) Successfully Auctions 30 Land Lots, Bringing in 130 Billion VND, with the Highest Price of 50 Million VND/m2

Trung tâm Phát triển qũy đất huyện Mê Linh (Mê Linh District Land Development Center) has recently collaborated with Công ty Đấu giá hợp danh số 5 – Quốc Gia (Auction Company No. 5 – Nation) to successfully conduct an auction for the land use rights of 30 plots of land in X2 Point, Block 4, Quang Minh Town and the Quán Chợ area in Bồng Mạc Hamlet, Liên Mạc Commune, bringing in over 130 billion VND to the local budget.

Land Auction Details

According to the auction results, there were four land plots in X2 Point, Block 4, Quang Minh Town, ranging in size from 125 m2 to 129 m2, with starting prices ranging from 26 to 27 million VND/m2. There were also 26 land plots in the Quán Chợ area, Bồng Mạc Hamlet, Liên Mạc Commune, ranging in size from 100 m2 to 143 m2, with starting prices ranging from 19 to 22.5 million VND/m2.

Both auctioned land areas are located in beautiful positions with convenient transportation systems, near schools and local markets. They have invested in synchronized and modern infrastructure, providing amenities such as lighting, clean water, underground cables, drainage systems, green trees, and internal roads.

Successful Auction Results

All 30 land lots were successfully sold at prices ranging from 20.6 to 50.5 million VND/m2. In total, Mê Linh District collected 130 billion VND, exceeding the initial starting prices by 60 billion VND. On average, each lot has a value of over 4.3 billion VND.

Future Auctions

On April 14th, the Mê Linh District Land Development Center will continue to collaborate with Công ty Đấu giá hợp danh đấu giá Việt Nam (Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company) to auction 25 land plots in Bạch Đa Hamlet, Kim Hoa Commune (auction round 4). These plots range in size from 100 to 159 m2, with starting prices ranging from 24.7 to 32.8 million VND/m2.

It is known that in 2024, Mê Linh District plans to auction approximately 500 land plots in various communes and towns in the area. These plots are located in beautiful positions and are strategically aligned with the Belt Road 4 project.
