Thirteen Projects Requiring Land Acquisition in 2024

According to the proposal, there are 13 projects that require land acquisition in 2024, with a total land area of nearly 28 hectares.

Additionally, there are 19 projects that need land acquisition, which have been approved in the resolutions of the City Council of Ho Chi Minh City but have exceeded the three-year deadline for land acquisition decisions. These projects will now proceed with land acquisition, covering a total area of nearly 113 hectares.

The People’s Committee states that these projects are public facilities serving the essential needs of the local area in the process of economic and social development and urban transformation.

Upon review, the city has determined that these projects have fulfilled all legal requirements for implementation in 2024, including having investment decisions, annual public investment plans, and ongoing progress in land acquisition procedures, land transfer and lease, and land use conversion in accordance with regulations.

Therefore, the People’s Committee suggests the City Council consider and approve the proposal as a basis for land acquisition, land transfer, lease, and land use conversion.
