Phú Yên to Auction Hundreds of Land Plots with Starting Prices as Low as 600 Million VND/Plot

Cuối tháng 3 này, the district of Phú Hòa in Phú Yên province will auction off the right to use 229 land plots. These plots, located in Hòa An commune, are assets of the Phú Hòa District Land Development Center. The auction will be organized by the Việt Tín Auction Company, and will take place on March 28th.

These are rural land plots with stable, long-term usage periods. The sizes of the plots range from 109.8 to 221.5 square meters. The starting prices for the plots range from over 1.2 to more than 3.2 billion VND per plot.

Participants in the auction are required to make a deposit ranging from over 243 million to over 657 million VND per plot before March 28th. The auction will be conducted through indirect voting, using a bidding method.

The price announcement and auction will be held at the meeting hall of the Phú Hòa District People’s Committee.

At the same time and location, the Việt Tín Auction Company will also conduct an auction for the right to use 17 land plots, which are also assets of the Phú Hòa District Land Development Center.

Among these 17 plots, 16 are part of the Chu Me – Hạnh Lâm residential area project, and 1 is part of the Hạnh Lâm residential area project in Hòa Quang Bắc commune. All of the plots are rural land plots with stable, long-term usage periods.

The sizes of the plots range from 100 to 197 square meters. The starting prices for the plots range from 606 million to over 2 billion VND per plot.

The auction will follow the same format, using indirect voting and a bidding method.

Similarly, 39 land plots, also assets of the Phú Hòa District Land Development Center, will be auctioned by the Việt Tín Auction Company on the morning of March 28th.

These plots are part of the residential area project located in the southern intersection of National Highway 25, in Phong Niên hamlet, Hòa Thắng commune.

The sizes of the plots range from 126 to 134.5 square meters. The starting prices for the plots range from over 868 million to more than 1.1 billion VND per plot.

The auction will be conducted through indirect voting and a bidding method. The price announcement and auction will be held at the meeting hall of the Phú Hòa District People’s Committee.
