Shocking Prices of the 8 Most Expensive Supercars in Vietnam
Supercars are the epitome of luxury and performance, and owning one comes with a hefty price tag. In Vietnam, some of the wealthiest individuals have splurged on these high-powered machines, making them the most expensive cars in the country. Let’s take a closer look at the mind-boggling prices of these eight elite supercars.
Koenigsegg Regera: Approximately 200 billion VND
At the top of the list is the Koenigsegg Regera, owned by Vietnamese tycoon Hoang Kim Khanh. This hypercar is estimated to be worth around 200 billion VND. Imported to Vietnam in January 2022, the Koenigsegg Regera is one of only 80 units ever produced, with an initial price of approximately 1.9 million USD. Due to its limited availability, the price of the Koenigsegg Regera has continued to rise over time.
Under the hood, the Koenigsegg Regera boasts a powerful 5.0L twin-turbo V8 engine, which generates an impressive 1,100 horsepower. Combined with three electric motors, the total power output reaches an astonishing 1,500 horsepower. This allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 400 km/h.
Notably, the Koenigsegg Regera replaces the traditional transmission with a revolutionary direct drive system called Koenigsegg Direct Drive. This system reduces energy losses by 50% compared to conventional transmissions, resulting in faster and smoother acceleration.
McLaren Elva: Approximately 143 billion VND
Next on the list is the McLaren Elva, owned by Vietnamese business magnate Minh “Nhua.” This exclusive supercar has a price tag of around 143 billion VND. Limited to just 149 units worldwide, the McLaren Elva is the lightest model in the McLaren lineup, with most of its structure made from carbon fiber.
Powering the McLaren Elva is an improved version of the McLaren Senna and Senna GT-R’s twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine, producing 810 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. This allows the Elva to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds and reach 200 km/h in just 6.7 seconds.
One unique feature of the McLaren Elva is its innovative active air management system (AAMS), which replaces the traditional windshield. The AAMS redirects the airflow over the cockpit, creating a peaceful and serene cabin environment.
However, Minh “Nhua”‘s McLaren is equipped with a windshield to comply with Vietnamese regulations.
Rolls-Royce Phantom Hoa Binh Vinh Quang: Approximately 95 billion VND
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Hoa Binh Vinh Quang is a bespoke creation owned by entrepreneur Bao Hien. This luxurious vehicle is a customized version of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II Extended Wheelbase (EWB), featuring a stunning red exterior.
One of the distinctive features of this Phantom is the intertwined letter “H” logo, which represents the initials of Bao Hien and his wife. Additionally, the Spirit of Ecstasy emblem on the hood has been replaced with a prominent golden tiger figure. These exquisite details were meticulously handcrafted by a Vietnamese artisan, adding to the car’s exclusivity. Other chrome accents, such as the radiator grille, exhaust tips, and trunk lid, enhance its luxurious appearance.
Under the hood, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Hoa Binh Vinh Quang is powered by a 6.75L naturally aspirated V12 engine, capable of producing 453 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. The Italian marque Pagani limited the global production of the Huayra to only 100 units. This exclusivity stems from an agreement between Pagani and Mercedes-AMG, with the latter producing 100 M158 engines specifically for the Huayra.
Under the hood, the Pagani Huayra features a twin-turbocharged 6.0L V12 engine, producing an impressive 719 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. With this power, the Huayra can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 383 km/h.

Sadly, due to the legal issues surrounding Phan Cong Khanh’s alleged fraudulent activities, including misappropriation of assets, the fate of many cars in his dealership remains uncertain, including the McLaren Senna GTR.
However, recently, the Hollmann International supercar dealership in Germany officially listed this car for sale. According to their website, the McLaren Senna GTR carries a price tag of 1,988,800 Euros, equivalent to over 2.14 million USD (excluding VAT).
