Strange Phenomenon of Two Cars with the Same License Plate in Ha Tinh

In recent days, the sight of two cars parked side by side with the same blue license plate, numbered 38A-1169, on Vo Liem Son Street in Ha Tinh City has sparked curiosity among residents.

Unusual License Plate

The blue license plate, 38A-1169, is affixed to a Toyota 16-seat van and a Ford 5-seat car. According to VTC News investigation, the license plate originally belonged to a Ford Laser 5-seat car under the management of the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union. In 2022, the license was transferred to an individual within the city of Ha Tinh.

Confirmation and Investigation

Representatives from the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union confirmed that the license plate, 38A-1169, was previously assigned to their organization.

“After receiving the information, we contacted the buyer of the car. It was revealed that they had not completed the procedure to change the plate to a white one. As for the reason behind the two cars having the same license plate, we are not aware,” said the leader of the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union.

In relation to this incident, sources from the Ha Tinh Provincial Traffic Police confirmed that they are currently verifying the information regarding the two cars with the same blue license plate, 38A-1169, appearing in the area.

“The presence of two cars with the same license plate is completely against regulations. Among the two cars, one of them is certainly using a fake plate, while the other may have been legitimately assigned a license plate,” the source added.

As investigations continue, the residents of Ha Tinh eagerly await an explanation for this strange phenomenon.
