Super Premium Project Merry Land Quy Nhon Receives New Directions from Binh Dinh Province

The Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee (UBND) has issued a statement on the opinions and conclusions of the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, during a working session with the Management Board of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone regarding several ongoing projects in the area.

Projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone

For the Investment Project to construct and operate technical infrastructure in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Zone C), Deputy Chairman Thanh instructed the Management Board of the Economic Zone to lead and coordinate with relevant agencies in guiding the investor to implement the necessary documents and procedures in accordance with the state’s regulations.

Regarding the Free Trade Zone and Deep-water Port-related Industrial Park project, Deputy Chairman Thanh requested the Management Board to lead and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review, complete the necessary documents and procedures, and consider terminating the project’s operations according to the law.

As for the Merry Land Quy Nhon Commercial and Entertainment Complex project, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, urged the investor to promptly develop a specific plan and implement the project according to the specified timeline. The investor must commit to fulfilling the project’s objectives within the designated timeframe.

The Management Board of the Economic Zone is responsible for leading and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to promptly determine the financial obligations regarding land for the project in accordance with the law. The investor must comply with the regulations.

For the Eastward Expansion project of Hai Giang Merry Land Resort, Deputy Chairman Thanh required the investor to expeditiously complete the detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500 within the month of March. They must also finalize all related documents and procedures according to the law, ensuring that the project is implemented within the designated timeline.

The Management Board of the Economic Zone will provide guidance and promote the investor to expeditiously complete the detailed construction plan, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. They will organize the evaluation and submit it to the Provincial People’s Committee.

Regarding the Luxury Paradise Resort (now Laimian project) and other projects of FLC Group in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, the Deputy Chairman assigned the Management Board of the Economic Zone to work with the investor to effectively implement the projects according to the law. If any difficulties or obstacles arise during the implementation process, timely recommendations and reports should be made to the Provincial People’s Committee.

In addition, other important projects within the economic zone such as the Premium Cat Hai Bay Resort, Investment Project for construction and operation of infrastructure in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Zone A), Phuong Mai Bay Resort Project, Hon Kho Tourist Point (Phase 1), and Investment Project for construction and operation of infrastructure in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Zone B),… will also receive guidance from the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to resolve any issues and setbacks encountered during the implementation process.
