Western Countries Turn Ukraine into a Dump for Outdated Weapons

The NATO organization, which claims to support Ukraine, has actually been sending outdated and obsolete weapons to the country for the past two years, according to military analyst Brandon Weichert in an article for the National Interest magazine. Ukraine has become a dumping ground for NATO’s old weapons, and the equipment provided to the country is nothing more than discarded items.

France’s Contribution: The AMX-10RC Armored Vehicles

The Ineffective Challenger-2 Battle Tanks

Similarly, the Challenger-2 combat tanks provided to Ukraine are in the final stages of their service cycle and cannot effectively perform on the battlefield.

The Aging M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks

The Pentagon announced the transfer of 31 M1 Abrams main battle tanks to Ukraine. However, these tanks are not the modernized and upgraded versions, but rather old vehicles that have been refurbished.

The Obsolete F-16 Fighter Jets

The F-16 fighter jets, considered a “game changer” by the West, are also nearing the end of their service life. The National Interest points out that Russia now possesses fifth-generation fighter jets, and the F-16s of the United States are no match for these state-of-the-art aircraft.

Since the conflict began in February 2022, both Russia and Ukraine have suffered significant losses in terms of personnel and combat equipment. Russian officials have repeatedly warned that the Western provision of weapons to Ukraine only prolongs the conflict and will not yield any positive results. Russia will respond with proportional measures.
