Recently, the founder of Ecopark announced a collaboration with Coteccons Construction Corporation – a leading Vietnamese construction company – to develop The Campus, Eco Central Park. This project covers almost 200 hectares in Vinh City, Nghệ An province and aims to become an exceptional education, entertainment, and creative center. The partnership between Ecopark and Coteccons will create a happy living environment for residents, especially children, nurturing their skills to become global citizens.

International Standard Education and Amenities at The Campus

Construction of the international level comprehensive school will begin at the end of June 2024. The educational brand will be announced soon, making it a pioneering project in Nghệ An to have a comprehensive education system within the urban area.

The Campus comprises two distinct areas: Campus Townhouse and Campus Shophouse, both designed with children in mind. Campus Townhouse offers a green town with small, charming houses nestled among shady trees. On the other hand, Campus Shophouse creates vibrant and visually appealing streets with unique architectural designs, not repeating patterns, and educational avenues with distinctive concepts. The streets are carefully designed with a small elevation of only 15cm between the road and houses, creating a spacious and pedestrian-friendly environment.
“The development of dedicated spaces for children at The Campus means sacrificing commercial areas, increasing construction costs, and reducing profits. However, we are willing to make this trade-off to see the smiles on children’s faces. Because when children are healthy and happy, families are truly happy.
